Force is strength or energy as an attribute of physical action or movement.
Motion is the action or process of moving or being moved.
Energy is the strength and vitality required for sustained physical or mental activity.

In physics, net force is the overall force acting on an object. In order to calculate the net force, the body is isolated and interactions with the environment or constraints are introduced as forces and torques forming a free-body diagram.
Friction is the resistance that one surface or object encounters when moving over another.

An object is said to be acted upon by an unbalanced force only when there is an individual force that is not being balanced by a force of equal magnitude and in the opposite direction.
When two forces act upon each other in opposite directions, and they are both the same size, we say they are balanced. You can see balanced forces in a tug-of-war game when the rope is not moving.
